I work in a laboratory as an analyst, spent most of the time measuring chemical powders & fluid for analysis. I was somewhat forced to take cooking classes for 4 years but still real bad at it LOL. Bought a new Microwave Oven recently, and it had certainly helped gain my interest in cooking and baking. LOW CARB AND LOW-FAT cooking though as I'm on the South beach diet.
