TOTAL Newbie! Want to figure out how to do more at home rather than take out. Enjoy making big meals like Thanksgiving, but not at all a cooking fanatic. My idea of gourmet cooking is 10 minutes on high! But I'm an organization fanatic, and think I could enjoy this OAMC concept. Love Lo Carb, Wheat Free, No Bell Peppers or Cukes, No Eggplant -- Family Allergies don't you know -- Figure we get used to eating at home not eating out, Then Exercise More, Then start REALLY watching calories and then perhaps those love handles may start to melt away......
