I love to bake and cook. I am a fitness professional and mom so I am constantly trying to keep my work and my eating habits in line. Of course there are some recipes that must be indulged in without any changes. My favorite recipe book is The Better Homes and Garden Cookbook. I love it! Great recipes and you get some of the nutrition data at the bottom. My favorite website is nutrition-data.com where you can enter in your recipes and calculate the nutrition information in your own recipes...it's brilliant. I have successfully tweaked many a recipe to be healthier with nary a complaint from the pickiest eaters. It's nice to be able to share some of them.
