Talk about "reap what you sow"..... I take that literally. An escapee from the corparate world, I now raise endangered heritage breed sheep, pigs and poultry not only for their conservation value but also because they taste great. As a devotee of Slow Food and a firm believer in eating local seasonal foods as much as possible, I try to create healthy and great tasting recipes that highlight the fine gourmet quality of organic, grass-fed, pastured raised meats and heirloom vegetables.
