I love trying out new recipes. Ilike to take a written recipe and alter it to my taste. I have some of the best cook books that I use often. I have The Jo of Cooking (it's my Bible). I have several magazines like Taste of Cooking, Gourmet, Bon Appetit, and Epicurious. I love making meals but my specialty is working with all tpes of breads (by hand) and yeast made things, including sweet recipes and rolls.
