I spent a number of years in the restaurant business, primarily in the front of the house. I did have the opportunity to work with and watch a number of great chefs. I began my own foray into cooking as a way to wind down from my work at the office. I have developed quite a reputation amongst friends as a good cook and have had a number of people ask me to return to the restaurant business and open a place in our community.
