Ww Loaded Baked Potatoes

"This is out of one of my old weight watchers cookbooks back in 2000. Called "Just like Home". It was one of my favorite dished to make. Only has 5 points. Save the leftovers to make recipe #210213. I'll post that recipe also."

 • Cut each potato in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp into a large bowl, leaving a 1/4-inch-thick shell.
 • Mash pulp with a potato masher.
 • Add milk and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
 • Spoon potato mixture into shells.
 • Place on a baking sheet; bake for 15 minutes or until thorougly heated.

 1. I am in love with these potatoes!! I was not at all sure how I would like the feta and cream cheese in them, but it worked perfectly. I made these even lower in fat by halving the feta and using nonfat milk and cream cheese. I also halved the salt and broiled these for 5 minutes at the end to brown them up. I definitely recommend using fresh oregano, it imparted a great flavor. These are worth the extra work!

 2. I really liked these! I made 1/2 a batch for 4 of us and they were very easy. The only thing I changed was the cream cheese because I only had the light garlic and herb kind. It was very tasty. I tagged this recipe for the "I REDommend Game".

 3. Made for dinner when I was home alone. I cooked my potato in the microwave. If I had planned ahead a bit more and was cooking for more than just me I would have done them in the oven and maybe just served with some salad. I subbed a slice of ham for the bacon since that's what I had. It was also a good way to use up a little bit of feta cheese too; creamy and tasty!

 4. I used small red potatoes and a red pepper cream cheese, soy milk and lots of fresh oregano. So good. Thanks!

 5. While putting these potatoes together, I was thinking that it was quite a bit of extra work than whipping up some mashed potatoes. BUT - when I got to eat one, it was clear in my head that the extra work was well worth it - the flavours are great! Also good for making in advance.

 2. Wow, Teresa, what a great side dish! It was so good, I had to go back and check the recipe to make sure it really was weight watchers. I used italian seasoning in place of the oregano. Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders, please see my rating system as I rate tougher than most.

? Hi! My name is Teresa.? My husband and I like to take RV trips but it seems lately we just us it for vintage motorcross races. I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, have done some rock climbing but age is creeping up on my poor old bones. Anything to do with the outdoors I enjoy, so why do I live in rainy Washington state? We have 2 wonderful children, both grown. My son lives in LA and my daughter and her husband recently moved back in the area with their little boy...our grandson... who just turned?5 years old. We have a granddaughter who lives close by...she just turned 23 this year. She's a sweetheart.? Life is good when you have a son and a?daughter and they?gift?you with a granddaughter and grandson. :)??
