ingredients
- 1 pint water
- 1 pint vinegar
- 1⁄4 pound/ 4 ounces/110g butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1⁄3 cup salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Bring all of the ingredients above to a boil.
- Use some of it to marinade the chicken in the fridge overnight.
- Use the remaining and spread on chicken while barbecuing, turning every 7 minutes until cooked.
