- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 4 -5 bagels, split and cut into bite-size pieces
directions
- In a small bowl, dissolve bouillon in water; cool slightly. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add bouillon mixture and beat until blended. Stir in onions. Serve with bagel pieces. Yield: 2-1/3 cups.

Made this very nice tasting dip to include on the finger food counter for a monthly group I host, & it was definitely a hit! Had it surrounded with rounds from several different bagels, & the whole thing was gone in no time at all! A keeper of a recipe, for sure! Thanks for posting it!
