Cinnamon Apple Raisin French Toast Bake

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Tear bread into bite sized pieces and spread in shallow pan (I used Pampered Chef’s Shallow Baker.).
  • Mix batter ingredients.
  • Pour over bread pieces: stir to coat bread well.
  • Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over top of bread.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until top is brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm.
