Very good! My family enjoyed them. Dont spay the pan with a non-stick spay it made the potatoes too crispy and chewy. The directions specifically note that it should be ungreased but figured it wouldn't hurt. Oh well, live and learn, right!

I made this as a snack, my friends and I couldn't get enough of it. I will definitely be making this a regular dish.

This was really tasty. Thank you! I sliced the potatoes into really thin wedges and it turned out nice and crispy. I am definitely making this again.

These were very good! I served them this evening (along side almond chicken fingers and peas). I made 2 changes - instead of wedges I did chunks of potatoes (small chunks) so they were almost the size of "fried" potatoes. And I wasn't sure what ground red pepper was?? So I used chili powder. Mine took way less than 50 minutes (more like 25), but that's probably because I diced mine into chunks, rather than bigger wedges. We really enjoyed them - thanks!
