ingredients
- 1 (18 1/3 ounce) box all-bran cereal
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 1 1⁄2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 5 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- fruit or chocolate chips, etc
directions
- Mix ingredients in order.
- Chill at least 4 hours.
- Add fresh apple, pear, pineapple, chocolate chips, blueberries, nuts, cranberries if desired.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or toothpick comes out clean.

We have 2 little boys that keep us very busy. Many recipes I save are fast and easy:) I love to cook though, so I'm always looking for new recipes, including recipes that take time. LOVE this website! I love to cook, read, write and spend time with my family. We love the outdoors, including the winter when we get tons of snow.
