It was a vote that made waves across America. After launching a brand-new mayonnaise, ketchup king Heinz teased Americans with a Twitter poll back in April, promising to introduce “Mayochup” if 500,000 people wanted it.

Well 500,000 people did indeed affirm their adoration, and Heinz is keeping true to its promise later this month when it will release Mayochup as a permanent fixture in the condiment lineup next to mayo, mustard, and, of course, ketchup.

If you’re the kind of person who doesn’t fancy mixing your own condiment creations, you will likely be excited by this news. You’ll be even more excited when you hear that certain lucky fans will get to taste the stuff before anybody else.

According to Heinz, Culver City, Chicago and Brooklyn were the most excited on social media about the new product, so they will be in the running to be #blessed with a Mayochup food truck, that will serve free samples of the new sauce as well as all the fries for dipping.

If you want to make sure your city choice gets the goods, head over to vote on the Heinz Twitter page before the end of the day on Tuesday.

For those of you just as anxious to try this complex and impossible masterpiece, it will be available by the end of September at all major retailers, and will reportedly retail for $3.49 on Amazon.
