Hostess Is Going All-In on Peanut Butter

It’s no secret that there’s just something special about peanut butter desserts, and it’s about get even easier to get your fix. Hostess is releasing a peanut butter version of their famous Ding Dongs, and this snack cake isn’t messing around.
First there’s peanut butter cake, then comes the creamy peanut butter filling and finally a peanut butter drizzle on top. Did we mention it’s all covered in a chocolate fudge coating? These new treats are available nationwide and will be sold alongside recent PB-laden creations like Peanut Butter Ho Hos and Chocolate Peanut Butter Twinkies.
“Since the launch of Hostess White Fudge Ding Dongs last year, the Ding Dongs brand has experienced rapid growth, and now boasts a flavor for virtually every taste,” said brand director Keith Peterfeso. Sounds like we can count on even more flavor variations in the future.
