You can bowl a few rounds and play bocce while you’re at it.

Of all the food holidays (and there are quite a few of them), none bring us back to the good old brown bag lunch days like National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day. While the simple PB&J might give us a nice heavy dose of nostalgia, one chain restaurant is using the occasion to bring the flavor combo into adulthood.

Bowling alley and bocce bistro Pinstripes is taking on National PB&J Day with a tasting menu that’s all grown up, the Daily Meal reports. On April 2nd, guests can order the five-course “PB&J Sharing for Two” menu for $75. Add $25 to make an even $100 and you’ve got yourself a craft beer pairing to go with each course.

The sharing menu includes a starter’s riff on the PB&J sandwich, only this one’s got a rich, meaty center. It’s a brioche sandwich with espresso-rubbed filet mignon, slathered with a bit of nut butter and raspberry preserves.

Then, chunks of burrata appear on a bed of strawberries and blackberries, accented with green basil leaves. Pistachios add a nutty touch.

A flatbread is also on the menu and it’s certainly “Not Your Mom’s Flatbread” (get it, it’s the dish’s name!). Chunky peanut butter and raspberry preserves get sandwiched under fontinella and mozzarella cheese, while the whole thing seems to be garnished with raspberries, peanuts, Fresno peppers and arugula.

?In what seems like a take on peanut noodles, thick ribbons of pappardelle are coated in peanut sauce. This comes with a piece of chicken doused with “cherry-blueberry-bourbon preserves.”

Finally, PB&J gets a dessert makeover, with peanut butter gelato, grape sorbet and pound cake.

Reservations should be made at one of Pinstripes’ locations, since space will be limited. If you can still stand after all that food, try your luck on the lanes and see how many pins you can knock down.
