Don’t know where to park the souped-up food truck that you just remodeled? Well if you drive over to South Carolina, you could park it in a new lot that’s popping up this summer. One perk? Bill Murray will be your landlord.

The comedian, along with his two partners Brad Creger and Mike Veeck, are planning to open The Container Bar—a permanent food truck location near the trio’s restaurant, Rutledge Cab Co., in Charleston, South Carolina—in August, reports the Charleston Post and Courier.

The project, which was informally called “Food Truck-O-Rama” in the years leading up to its completion, is a converted office and parking lot, which will be host to a bar and food options.

The parking lot will have space for food trucks to come and hawk their wares, and power hook-ups will be available so they don’t have to keep their generators running. The Post and Courier explains that the city of Charleston does not permit food trucks to park on streets; instead, they are relegated to private parking lots.

Inside the main building, guests will be able to eat and drink in a space made from storage containers that have been joined to create a bar. A concrete area will feature umbrellas and palm trees.

Murray’s project has been in the works for several years now, so the food truck lovers of South Carolina are likely counting down the weeks until opening. If the comedian’s job title is the same as it is at Rutledge Cab Co., the first customers might just be treated to an appearance by Chief Fun Officer Bill Murray.
