Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup oats
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- vanilla flavoring
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
Directions
- cook oats.
- Blend together yogurt, cottage cheese, flavoring, spices and splenda.
- Layer into a serving bowl the oats (press flat), fruit, and yogurt mixture.
- Sprinkle with almonds.
