Yummy and Healthy Popsicles

I used to eat these all the time when I was little. Healthy and yummy, this is a good alternative for when kids want something sweet or something cold. They're still great especially for hot weather and for a healthy snack. Any kind of yogurt can be used (my favorite is Dannon's Lemon) or juice (I like apple or orange). Much better than store-bought or popsicles that contain Kool-Aid. And don't save them for the kids! They're great on-the-go snacks for everyone! (cook time is a freeze-time estimate) Use a popsicle mold (availiable at places like Target, Walmart and some groceries) or paper cups. Show more
