Ingredients
- 1 granny smith apple, coarsley grated
- 1 1⁄2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄4 cup sliced almonds (toasted if desired)
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine apple, yogurt, raisins, and honey; divide between two serving bowls. Sprinklw with almonds,and serve immediately.
