  1. Rinse a one foot length of cheesecloth in cold water and wring out. Place yogurt in center, wrap cloth around it and set in strainer or colander in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate until thick, 8-14 hours. Discard drained liquid and unwrap.
  3. Mix yogurt and remaining ingredients; refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
