Yogurt Cheddar Scones

This one is from my sister. Nice 'light' scones

  1. In large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in cheese.
  4. Add yogurt all at once, stir with fork to make a soft slightly stick dough.
  5. Cut in to rounds and bake 425F degrees for 12-15 minutes or until cooked.
