Yogurt Carrot Bread

Ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup plain yogurt
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
• 1 1⁄4 cups  grated carrots
• 1⁄2 cup fresh parsley
• 2⁄3 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
• 2  cups bread flour
• 3  tablespoons  nonfat dry milk powder
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons  yeast

Directions
