Yogurt Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1⁄2 cup yogurt (plain)
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Directions
- Cream butter & sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Stir in Lemon juice, banana, & yogurt.
- Add sifted flour, baking powder & salt.
- Fold in nuts and lemon zest.
- Bake in loaf tin at 350 for 50-60 minute.
