Yogurt and Coconut Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup halved strawberry
- 3⁄4 whole cantaloupe
- 1 cup grapes (concord or black)
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1 banana
- 1⁄4 lemon
- 1 ounce slivered almonds
- 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Chop canatloupe into 1 inch pieces.
- Slice and chop kiwi (I left fuzz on).
- Slice banana (not too thin).
- Mix yogurt and honey (add or subtract honey according to taste).
- Mix all in a bowl.
- Squirt lemon on top.
- mmmm -- good.
