Whole Wheat Oat Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup oat bran
- 1 1⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup almond milk
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 3 medium ripe bananas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Oil bread pan.
- Mix oat bran, flour, baking soda, baking powder and walnuts in a bowl.
- Put honey, olive oil, egg, milk, vanilla extract and bananas in blender and mix completely.
- Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Enjoy.
