Whole Wheat Muffins

Ingredients
- 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 cups brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup baking powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 cups oil
- 2 cups yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup applesauce
- 1 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 6 cups milk
Directions
- Preheat oven 375°F.
- Stir together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix all other ingredients together.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry. mixing only until dry ingredients are moist. Bake in greased muffin tins for 15 to 20 minute.
- You can also mix in blueberries, choc. chips or your favorite fruit. I usually split the batter and do half blueberries,and choc chips.About 2 to 3 cups.
