These flavourful sausages have a nice texture and are really healthy. Perfect for barbecues, casseroles, breakfasts etc. Feel free to experiment with herbs and different types of beans. I fyou can't find quinoa flour, try substituting a different wheat-free flour. Show more

  1. Mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Roll mixture into 8 even sausage shapes and roll in foil, twisting the ends to seal.
  3. Place in a steamer, or equivalent, and steam on medium-high for 30-35 mins and then either bake, fry, barbecue etc.
