Weight Watchers 6pt. Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat plain yogurt (I like to used trader joes organic, it is creamy)
- 1⁄2 cup 2% low fat cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (I use fozen because it makes it nice and cold!)
Directions
- Put all into the blender and blend well *** enjoy ***.
- if you like it a little sweeter you can add a little splenda * i think it is perfect the way it is ! enjoy the whole thing!
