Walnut Rice With Poppy Seed Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup light coconut milk
- 1⁄3 cup orange juice
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1 cup broccoli (steamed)
- 2 1⁄2 ounces walnuts
- 5 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2⁄3 cup water
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
Directions
- Cook rice in water, coconut milk, orange juice, and milk. Mix in broccoli and walnuts when done.
- Combine other 8 ingredients together in a pot over medium heat and stir constantly until thick.
- Pour sauce over rice and serve.
