Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 1⁄2 cups seltzer water
Directions
- Preheat waffle maker and oven to 200.
- In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add the eggs, oil, vanilla, and yogurt to the bowl.
- Whisk well then whisk in the seltzer water to thin out the batter.
- Pour the batter into the waffle maker.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Place waffles directly on the oven racks so they stay crisp!
