Voorhees Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts
- 1 loaf bread, preferably Boule peasant bread
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Combine all ingredients, except bread. May need to pulse in food processor.
- Pour into hollowed out bread. Bake 20 minutes, stir and bake 20 more minutes.
- Serve with crackers and/or cubed bread.
