Vicki's Ham Loaf

Ingredients
Loaf
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 lbs ground ham
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cracker, crushed
- 1 cup milk
- salt & pepper, to taste
Sauce
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Mix loaf ingredients together well. (Using your hands seems to work best, I slip a plastic bag over my hand to keep clean.) Shape into 2 loaves and place on jelly roll pan.
- In small bowl, mix together sauce ingredients and spread evenly over loaves.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake @325 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
