Very Berry Brekkle Smoothie

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons mixed berries (e.g. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blackcurrants)
- 8 tablespoons plain yogurt or 8 tablespoons soy yogurt
- 2 teaspoons essential fat oil (from any health food shop)
Directions
- Whizz all the ingredients in a blender for 1 minute and drink immediately.
