Ingredients
- 2 cups brown rice
- 4 egg whites
- 1⁄2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 2 avocados, chopped
- two carrot, chopped
- 1 celery, chopped
- 1 cup of chopped broccoli
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
Directions
- cook rice as directed on bag.
- steam veggies, not avacado.
- in a pan over a medium heat, heat oil.
- add cooked rice, egg whites -- cook for about 5 minutes.
- add steamed veggies and soy sauce cook for about 5 minutes.
- cut cream cheese into 1" pieces.
- add avacado, cream cheese, and wasabi to pan
- stir and cook until combined well.
