Vegetarian Miso Soup

Serves: 3-4
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 green onion
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 1 crushed and minced garlic
- 8 mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 large tbsps miso
- juice of half a lemons or lime
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup broccoli floret
Directions
- 1- Boil 4 cups of water and then turn off the heat completely.
- 2- Add in ginger, garlic, green onions, mint leaves.
- 3- Add in the miso paste
- 4- Throw in the broccoli
- 5- Incorporate the lemon, cayenne pepper and soy sauce and/or fish sauce.
