Vegetarian Chilli

My Mum used to make me a really yummy vegetarian chilli, years ago. She no longer has the recipe, so this is my attempt to recreate it! It's in the crockpot at the moment, and I will probably have many versions of it before I'm happy, but here is version 1!! Show more

Directions

  1. Trim and roughly chop all ingredients.
  2. Add to slow cooker and cook on high until vegetables are soft and tomatoes are bubbly!
  3. - Should take around 4 hours on high.
