Vegetable Rice Burgers

Ingredients
- 3 cups leftover cooked rice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sage
- 3⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup carrot, cooked and diced
- 1⁄2 cup broccoli, cooked and diced
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix rice, veggies, spices and bread crumbs together.
- Form into patties.
- Bake at 325 until lightly browned on both sides.
