Vegetable Garlic Salad

A salad recipe from an old cookbook.

• Yields: 1 large salad

Ingredients

• 1  head broccoli, chopped
• 2  heads cauliflower, chopped
• 1⁄2 medium onion, chopped
• 1 (10 ounce) package  frozen peas

• DRESSING

• 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
• 1  cup sour cream
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  tablespoon garlic powder

Directions

1. Blend dressing well and pour over vegetables.
