  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. Mix mayo and milk in large bowl until well blended.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
  4. Spoon mixture into 11x7 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
