Vegan Banana Bread (Healthy!)

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup wheat bran
- 1⁄2 cup wheat germ
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 bananas (mashed)
- 3⁄4 cup unrefined sugar
- 1 apple (finely chopped)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bake at 350F for 60-75 minutes in a greased and floured loaf pan, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from pan and cool on its side.
