Ingredients
- 15 ml vanilla-flavored syrup
- 15 ml irish cream syrup
- 3 scoops low-fat vanilla ice cream or 3 scoops frozen yogurt
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Combine the milk, syrups and two scoops ice cream or frozen yogurt in a blender. Blend until thick and creamy and pour into a glass. Top with remaining ice cream or frozen yogurt.
