Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 ripe banana, peeled, frozen, and sliced
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 -4 drops red food coloring
Directions
- In a blender container, add yogurt, banana, jam, honey, and food coloring.
- Cover and blend on high until smooth and foamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
