Tzatziki Sauce

I found this recipe on myrecipes.com on my search for ZWT recipes. Serve this with Chicken or Beef Souvlaki, gyro's, etc.

• Yields: 1/4 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup cucumber, peeled seeded and shredded
• 1⁄2 cup yogurt, plain lowfat
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1  garlic clove, minced

Directions

1. Combine cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and garlic clove stirring well.
