Tzatziki Dip

This is a Greek appetizer dip. Goes great with oven toasted pita, in wraps or on souvlaki! This recipe comes from Dairygoodness.ca.

• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cucumber, peeled (approx. 6 to 8 cm)
• 60  ml plain yogurt
• 60  ml sour cream
• 1  garlic clove, minced
• 2  ml dried dill
• 1  pinch salt

Directions

1. Grate cucumber, then place in a cheese cloth and squeeze out liquid until dry.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat together until smooth. Serve.
