Tzatziki Dip

Yields: 1/2 cup
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cucumber, peeled (approx. 6 to 8 cm)
- 60 ml plain yogurt
- 60 ml sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 ml dried dill
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Grate cucumber, then place in a cheese cloth and squeeze out liquid until dry.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat together until smooth. Serve.
