Turkey Noodle Bake

This is from an old Better Homes & Garden Cookbook. I first made this when we were newleyweds 28 years ago and I had leftover turkey to use. I've been making ever since and we still enjoy it! Show more

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 3  beaten eggs
  • 2  cups  cooked  fine noodles
  • 2  cups  cubed  cooked turkey
  • 1  cup  soft breadcrumbs (1 1/2 slices)
  • 4  ounces  shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
  • 14 cup  chopped green pepper
  • 14 cup  melted butter
  • 2  tablespoons  chopped pimento pepper

Directions

  1. Mix milk, soup and eggs.
  2. Then mix with all other ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13" pan.
  4. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes until knife inserted off center comes out clean. Cut in squares to serve.
