Tuna and White Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 (14 ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1⁄3 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Directions
- Drain tuna, reserving 1 tablespoon oil. In small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and mustard.
- In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing to coat.
