Ingredients
- 1 cup camomile tea (cold)
- 1 cup yoghurt (greek, soy or anything you prefer)
- 1⁄2 papaya
- 1⁄2 cup cranberries
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 frozen banana
Directions
- Put all the ingredients together and blend until smooth.
