this shake is good for when you are on the go especially when you need vitamins.

Ingredients

• 2  cups frozen yogurt
• 1  cup skim milk
• 1  cup  pineapple juice
• 1  cup  kiwi juice
• 2  slices  ripe bananas
• 1  teaspoon jamaican rum

1. mix in a shake mixer until smooth and drink.
