Ingredients
- 8 ounces frozen mixed berries
- 2 small bananas, cut into 2-inch pieces and frozen
- 6 ounces vanilla yogurt, preferably whole milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 -2 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Add the berries, bananas, yogurt, milk and honey to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
