Tofu Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli
- 2 carrots
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cup swiss chard
- 1 (8 ounce) package extra firm tofu
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon thai chili paste
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 zucchini
Directions
- Mix soy sauce, chili paste, pepper, and ginger.
- Cube tofu and marinate in soy sauce mix.
- Sautee carrots in olive oil over med-high heat.
- add onion, garlic and bell pepper.
- add chard.
- add zuchinni and broccoli.
- remove veggies and set aside.
- sautee tofu.
- mix tofu and veggies.
- serve over noodles or rice.
